Our comprehensive transformation program has the goal to serve to deliver a seamless omni channel shopping experience for our customers through demand driven, efficient end-2-end processes and an IT infrastructure that enables those processes. In order to ensure a successful implementation of this program, we are looking for experienced Project Business Lead that is ready to take on this challenge and ensure its successful execution.
Your responsibilities at C&A
- Ensure project planning and control and guarantee its delivery in time and budget
- Manage project risks & issues, the change request management process and ensure prompt decision making
- Manage communication around project objectives, scope, methodology, status and economics with all relevant stakeholders and the C&A business community
- You interact with Business/Process Leads to further drive end-2-end process decisions
- Interact with the Head of Program Management and the Program Committees / Boards and ensure they remain current on project status, and that the project is aligned with strategic objectives and escalate any critical issues / key decisions
- You co-ordinate business stakeholders and lead the project from an overall business perspective based upon business values & priorities
- Manage the relationship with strategic partners selected to support the project

What we expect of you
- At least 6-10 years of program experience in at least one large scale Business Transformation program in Program Management Office or Project lead position
- Deep experience in SAP and ideally in BY/JDA implementation projects with similar complexity and scope
- Broad understanding of critical business processes through experience within Retail, ideally Fashion Retail
- Excellent project management and communication skills, including the ability to co-ordinate multiple teams
- Proficiency in analytically structuring content and preparing executive decision papers, stakeholder or status updates
- Excellent leadership, negotiating and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus among stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to create and maintain commitment for the project throughout the organisation
