HDI Global SE is looking for its business division „Projects, Portfolio and Transformation“ – Business Analysts – at the earliest possible date for its headquarter in Hannover for a Job description: Analysis and evaluation of complex IT and business process requirements as well as ongoing support of the responsible agile project teams during the implementation phase (following the SAFe approach) Support the Product Manager and the Product Owners by maintaining, prioritizing and managing dependencies of requirements from different stakeholders during the entire value creation process Cooperate with various stakeholders, act as a driver for business-relevant topics and design digital solutions and products Ensure the quality and efficiency of the work results, e.g. by defining acceptance criteria, designing the test strategy as well as complying with and improving the DoR and DoD Expand and further evolve the Capability Business Analysts in the company, e.g. by active participation and establishment of communities and circles of excellence as well as conducting coaching and training sessions Profile: Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable education Several years of professional experience with focus on Business Analysis/Requirements Engineering Proven expertise in the core profile of Business Analysis, i.e. in the areas of Agile Requirements Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Process Innovation Expertise in Industrial Insurance preferable Passion for sharing your knowledge as well as encouraging and supporting colleagues Quick grasp of subject matters and pleasure in solving complex tasks Strong communication skills, self-confidence and self-responsibility Effective operational proficiency in English language (CEFR Level C1) Willingness to learn German, basic German language skills (CEFR Level A2) preferable If you think you fit this description, we encourage you to apply by including your CV with a brief cover letter and specifying your current and expected salary, and the earliest date you’re able to join, and the reference number 9958 for this position.
