The CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist will support the implementation, and coordination of omnichannel marketing campaigns to transform how we talk to our community through data-driven, segment-centric marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for daily hands-on work including email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, and database management.
Build and manage global campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Optimize campaign process and tools in place, and research & benchmark new tools that can be beneficial for the business.
Grow the number of quality leads and sales pipeline driven by global activities aligning to specified quarterly targets and goals.
Analyze, track and project manage all marketing campaigns.
Stay informed on evolving marketing automation platforms and capabilities in the MarTech ecosystem.
Email Campaign & Deployment
Strategize, build, test/QA and launch email marketing campaigns including nurture flows, ad-hoc campaigns, and operational communications.
Implement and coordinate email marketing campaigns, produce and maintain email templates, ensuring consistent A/B testing experiments.
Improve and optimize our CRM touchpoints (ex. Open rate and CTR for email). Work with the Content and Ops team to create the right content.
Partner with marking team members to determine goals, KPIs, audience segments, cadence, and creative for each campaign.
Make recommendations with goals to optimize the delivery and cadence of communications.
Customer journey & Nurturing
Lead the development and execution of customer journeys and automation strategies within Marketing Automation Platforms.
Develop and implement a nurturing strategy aimed at funnel progression (from lead to customer).
Develop and optimize the lead scoring and qualification strategy in Marketo.
Programs, Templates & Workflows
Review email templates usage and layouts for driving desired conversion results.
Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team in conceiving and launching campaigns, including creating landing pages and webpages.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth marketing lead processing and follow up, also by maintaining the Marketo/Salesforce integration.
Data & Reporting
Maintain and optimize email subscription status in compliance with all necessary email regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Oversee data integrity & hygiene of the CRM and marketing database (cleanliness, completeness, duplicates).
Produce and maintain key marketing reporting dashboards to measure marketing the impact on pipeline build.
Education & Experience :
·Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or equivalent.
·At least 2 years’ experience required. Preferably running B2B integrated marketing programs.
Marketo Certification (preferred)
CMS: WordPress & Sitecore
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent English speaker.
