Job Descriptions:
– Develop education content that would be used as a basis of various content such as articles, videos or slides for our eKB & Help Center
– Coordinate with all Shopee stakeholder from various level and department to monitor production of material
– Ensure all materials are published in timely manner
– Able to conduct small briefing session for Customer Operations
– Involved in handling issues and bugs
Requirements:
– Min. Diploma degree from any major
– Min. 1 year experience in CS area
– Driven and proactive
– Excellent communication capability
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good team player, can work under pressure
– Willing to work in a shifting schedule
