Job Description:

  • Response both of customer’s inquiries or complains from various channels such as CALL, EMAIL, CHAT, Whatsapp and others.
  • Do confirmation call or e-mail to support our operational and any related department.
  • Provide excellent service customers by paying attention to friendliness, willingness to help, and following the SOP.

Requirements:

  • Min. D3 majoring Economic or Communication
  • Willing to work shift (night shift) and work on holiday (including Hari Raya)
  • Target and customer oriented
  • Good in English skill especially for writing and listening (passive)
  • Expert and familiar using computer
  • Prefer has 1 year experience in Customer Service field
  • Willing to be assigned in Semarang Kota (warehouse Semarang)
  • Good analytical thinking.
