- Response both of customer’s inquiries or complains from various channels such as CALL, EMAIL, CHAT, Whatsapp and others.
- Do confirmation call or e-mail to support our operational and any related department.
- Provide excellent service customers by paying attention to friendliness, willingness to help, and following the SOP.
- Min. D3 majoring Economic or Communication
- Willing to work shift (night shift) and work on holiday (including Hari Raya)
- Target and customer oriented
- Good in English skill especially for writing and listening (passive)
- Expert and familiar using computer
- Prefer has 1 year experience in Customer Service field
- Willing to be assigned in Semarang Kota (warehouse Semarang)
- Good analytical thinking.
