Do you want to join a leading tech company that aims to help its clients in shifting to a true omnichannel/retail business? Are you an expert in digital performance marketing ? You might be the right person for the role, Digital Performance Marketing Specialist – Retail Industry (H/F).
It’s a 1-year mission.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist – Retail Industry, you will be part of the Performance team within the Insights & Business Solution (IBS) team in France. Your role will be to help the sales team and advertisers make the most of my client’s products to deliver better media efficiency and increased return on investment.
In partnership with senior Retail Industry Managers and Industry Heads, you will support international omnichannel retailers (Decathlon, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Fnac Darty, etc.) to deliver the best possible ROI from my client’s platforms in a crucial time of the year as well as prepare 2021 plans.
You will equally focus on reinforcing their eCommerce business and strengthen their O2O operations.
You have strong project management and presentation skills with significant experience in online marketing, measurement, retail, or merchandising/pricing. You will help customers modernize their user acquisition strategies by adopting best practices in data integration, attribution, and digital advertising.
Your missions will include:
Become a sparring partner of the vertical teams, working hand in hand with Retail Industry Managers
Own and lead the performance plan of a specific Retail team
Develop solution expertise for Retail, making sense of what product/solution to offer to retailers
Ensure the right level of priority on the Online to Offline media activation plan.
Work hand in hand with the retail regional product leads
Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders at the key customers on these topics.
Articulate your work with other internal teams for better results (Tech, Data and measurement specialists, Dublin Hub)
What makes you a good fit?
Relevant experience in consultative sales and client-facing experience. Previous experience working on Google Ads or Merchant Center. Strong presentation and communication skills and experience presenting to clients and stakeholders, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to C-level and B-level audiences. Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently and idiomatically. Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and craft compelling solutions.
Passion for performance marketing.
Proven record of driving results with sales and business development experience.
Great understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and managing large advertising budgets and campaigns. Solid knowledge of Google products at a full-funnel level particularly on search and PLA (product listing ads)
Proven analytical skills (need to crunch data and prioritize revenue opportunities).
