We are currently looking for a talented Graduate to join our 3 Year Boston Scientific Graduate Rotation Program. This three-year program takes you on a learning adventure through three different divisions and functions. It enables you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Consulting. The program gives you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.

We are currently looking for proactive, analytical and team-oriented individuals to join our Endoscopy organisation. This is a new role, designed for early-career / recent graduate hires, that are looking to learn on-the-job and develop a career within a health-tech and medical-devices environment.

For your first assignment, starting in October 2021 will be in France with our Endoscopy division.

In this role you will provide analytical and project delivery support to our teams, working on projects across EMEA. The successful candidate will engage directly with our local consulting teams and strategic customers (hospitals and healthcare providers) across the region, in addressing crucial operational and service delivery problems in a healthcare context. This will enable you to learn crucial business and consulting skills and build your experience in the sector, beyond your university training

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross channel campaigns across touchpoints such as email, website, social media and paid media
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders for campaign alignment, design, planning and execution (Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Marcomm, digital teams)
  • Drive campaign project management and tracking of campaign progress
  • Oversee data integrity & hygiene project: data cleanliness, completeness, duplicates in Endoscopy’s CRM
  • Create and manage segments within the customer data platform to enable the execution of our marketing automation activities
  • Assist the team in analyzing customer behaviors and trends in order to identify key drivers of engagement
  • Support the implementation of a lead scoring model and lead management framework
  • Leverage segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to improve campaign performance and optimize results

Knowledge Skills and Qualifications

  • Recent Graduate (post 2020) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Administration
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package with strong preference for proficiency in at least one database/analytics software package (eg Excel, Tableau)
  • Fluency in English and French any additional language is an advantage
  • Strong presentation, writing and organisational skills.
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges

We will be running a recruitment process which if selected, will include 2 stages: a screening video interview and a (virtual) competency-based interview-assessment day.
