We operate one of Singapore’s largest chain of hotels providing economy-tier to mid-tier class of hotel accommodation. Currently, we operate 24 hotels out of which 21 hotels are operated under “Fragrance” brand, 2 hotels under the “Parc Sovereign” brand and 1 hotel under the “Klapstar” brand.

You will be part of the Finance team and you will attend to enquiries related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Assist in AR and AP related matters
- Liaising with customers/ associates on payment matters
- Perform billings and administrative duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements: –
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, committed and self-motivated
