As an E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and Implement the overall E-commerce marketing strategy in order to accelerate the revenue development on third-party platforms like : Generalist marketplaces (Amazon, E-bay, TMall, JDong, Mercado Libre…), Automotive marketplaces (Oscaro.fr, kfzteile24.de…), e-retail partner’s sites (ex. Norauto.fr), e-traditional distributors partner’s site (ex. intercars.pl)
Study the possibility to develop our own direct e-shop, particularly for the launch of new innovative offers. Establish a full recommendation and deploy it, if approved.
Define and deploy E-commerce action plans (for each third party or our own e-shop) to reach our growth target: develop e-content syndication, e-promotion, e-trade marketing plans to ensure the best consumer experience and finally the best conversion rate.
Pilote the performance: measure, track and optimize continuously the plan’s efficiency.
Work across various teams to create a branded online experience that represents the brand equity and drives engagement and conversion.
Interface with International E-Key Account Manager to determine the e-partners portfolio, and build and negotiate the E-commerce acceleration plans with them
Product-related teams (Product Managers, Senior Brand Managers) to understand current product offers and innovations to both provide online expertise, so these products are integrated appropriately into online programming.
Demand planning and supply teams to ensure go to market is achieved on time and on high service levels.
Define and Pilote the E-commerce activation budget
Manage 1 direct report at first (E-commerce trade marketer) and then working on building the central team and the worldwide E-commerce champion network
Report directly to the Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation Vice President
Privileged interface with International E-Key Account Manager, Regional Operational Marketing organizations, Digital & CRM team
Let’s talk about you!
Practical E-commerce platforms knowledge (3 to 5 years min), both on third-party platforms as well as own e-shop.
Creative thinker, problem solver, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, able to prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and do not hesitate to jump into action as a quick doer.
Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and prioritize in between.
Ability to communicate innovative ideas and processes in a simplified manner taking in account the international environment and complexity of any culture.
Able to work with cross-functional, multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
Able to work in both highly complex and matrix organizations.
Must be able to translate offline brand vision (DNA) to the online channel and execute strategies that lead the company consistently towards that vision.
