You develop marketing & communication actions for Faurecia University, in charge of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning and HR Transformation
- You create branding for projects/offers, and structure our internal communication plans
- You design key messages and detailed communication support and materials
- You produce creative media: videos, interviews, visuals, articles, social media posts, presentations, leaflets
- You organize & facilitate internal communication events (webinars…)
- You’re in charge of community management on social intranet
- You enrich external communication (LinkedIn posting…)
- You measure the impact of communication efforts
Scope includes: learning (classroom & digital), talent acquisition & diversity initiatives, specific HR Transformation projects.
Skills & Profile
- You’re doing your master, you’re specialized in communication & marketing (Business School, CELSA…)
- You’re digital native or fluent
- You’re creative, with strong content design and writing skills in English
- You show proven digital media production capacity (image & video editing…)
- You show strong project skills, and know how to manage various stakeholders
