À PROPOS : Are you a creative marketeer with great analytical skills ? Are you experienced with project management in an international setting collaborating with a variety of stakeholders ? Are you driven by exploring new ideas, bringing them to life and making real impact ? Then we might be looking for you! Joining our CXU department, you will be part of the VELUX Southern Europe team in a dedicated department responsible for the End-to-End customer experiences. You will coordinate a cross functional editorial team, create engagement around content creation, ensuring relevancy cross geographies. With the support of you colleagues you will distribute content and measure their impact. You will co-own multiple customer journeys’ touchpoints and the various audiences that will interact with them. LES MISSIONS : Your primary tasks will be to: – Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). – Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition. – Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. – Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers. – Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics. – Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas. You will be based at Morangis, France and be a part of a global organisation. You can expect to travel approximately 30 days annually – both nationally and internationally. You are a great communicator with efficient time management skills. You thrive in an international environment and know how to act local and think global. You are data-driven and research-oriented. Moreover, we expect that you: – Have a BSc in Digital Marketing – or a corresponding experience – Have previous experience in marketing management for several years. – Have proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features. – Have experience in Inbound Tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce and similar. – Speak and write English fluently. Multilingual profiles and international experience are highly valued.
