The successful candidate will play a key role in building and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore to meet E-commerce business objectives.
Responsibilities
● Lead influencer marketing with focus on generating e-commerce conversions, bringing relevant traffic to the site and driving the growth and awareness of our brand in key markets
● Oversee all aspects of the process from research to commercials to content creation
● Identify influencers, and grow beneficial and long-term relationships to execute marketing strategies and meet business objectives
● Responsibly manage influencer budget and monitor KPIs of influencer campaigns to ensure ROI and sales targets are being met
● Build a community connecting our brand with influencers and our customers
● Closely collaborate with e-commerce and cross-functional teams to define marketing plans, execute campaigns, and ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives
● Develop creative briefs for highly engaging content and editorial stories on our platform to elevate the brand and to drive website conversions
● Keep up-to-date with market trends and share knowledge about influencer marketing, social media and e-commerce
Requirements
● 4-5 years experience in influencer marketing, PR and social media, with a proven track record in generating e-commerce conversions through influencer marketing, PR and social media
● Understanding of PR, influencer marketing and e-commerce, with a strong network and have worked with influencers in Europe
● Sharp eye for detail, keen sense of pop culture, style and aesthetics
● Positive attitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills
● Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
● Proactive attitude, a team player and a good communicator
● Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong creative copywriting skills
