We now operate in 12 European countries and are preparing to enter the US market. After our rapid growth to over 500,000 online customers, +18 stores, listings in over 4,000 markets and many loyal corporate customers, we are now conquering the rest of Europe.

Your responsibilities:

As an International Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will drive the kick-off and launch of waterdrop in new countries

You think ahead and act as a direct sparring partner to our founder & CEO when it comes to international market launches

You are planning and executing the perfect marketing mix

You align with different teams to further drive the growth of waterdrop internationally (digital marketing, social media marketing, PR, sales, etc)

You push ahead with the operational implementation of the multitude of ideas and fields of action that arise every day in the company

You develop decision-making bases for our CEO and have a great impact on the future growth of waterdrop®

Your strengths and qualifications:

You have graduated from university/business school with a focus on business and/or marketing and were among the best in your year

You have already proven your marketing and/or project management skills at a well-known B2C consumer brand and can provide excellent references

Next to your feeling for trends, design and branding you impress with your extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills

You have a talent for organization and structure, are quick to grasp and like to take decisions

You are known for your pronounced determination, a high degree of commitment and an exact and independent way of working

You are able to communicate fluently in English and one or more other key languages
