Description of the brand and the team:
Responsibilities:
As part of the product category team, the intern will be responsible to support strategic decisions for the brand Estée Lauder in the EMEA region (Europe Middle East Africa) thanks to thoughtful analysis and competitive reviews:
– Sell-in and sell-out performance analysis for the skincare, make-up and fragrance categories (working with NPD, IRI and Nielsen panel)
– Support the development and implementation of the strategic marketing calendar:
Update reporting documents for the region (marketing plan, assortment,…)
Price positioning analysis for new launches in FY19
Launch recaps
– Market analysis, trend & competitive reviews
– Support the preparation for international meetings: Marketing Manager Meetings, FY20 Roundtable
– Follow up on cross category projects:
skincare remodeling
pan European retailer project: Beauty to Go, …
– Work in cooperation with Product Managers in our 18 affiliates
Qualifications
Profile:
– Good educational background (Business School, Master student)
– Good knowledge and interest for the beauty industry
– Very good English skills
– Very good analytical skills
– Very good knowledge of Office programs (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
– Dynamism and team spirit
