IT-support Manager to Kultajousi – part of Iduna group

About the business
The Iduna Group consists of the Finnish store chain Kultajousi with +70 stores and the Swedish brands Guldfynd, Albrekts and Hallbergs with 150+ stores in Sweden. The assortment consists of gold, silver and jewellery with watches and gift items as a complement.
Your profile
You are open and social, but you can also act independently. You have a good cooperative capacity while being able to take on own responsibility. You are very service-oriented, stress-resistant and have good analytical ability and perform task with a high level of quality.
Work duties
You will work with supporting and maintaining the IT systems for the Kultajousi business which includes the stores in Finland as well as HQ based central IT systems.
-Key person for shops for IT issues
-Permanent workplace, Pakila Helsinki but sometimes travel to shops
-Work close to sales, product, marketing, and finance departments
-Day to day working language Finnish
-Reporting language English or Swedish (The company’s IT department is in Sweden)
-High service level required
Qualifications
-Post-secondary education with a specialization in IT or equivalent knowledge obtained
through merit service
-Experience of installation, maintenance and problem fixing of IT hardware and software
o Microsoft Windows operating system
o Windows Server
o TCP-IP Networking
o PC Hardware configuration
o Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Driving license (at least category B)
-Good knowledge in English and Finnish
o Knowing Swedish is plus
Conditions
-Start date for the position is as soon as possible upon agreement date
-The position is a permanent position with 4-month probation term
