Senior Marketing Coordinator
What do we offer?
Will you like to take on the responsibility for our marketing activities for our French market covering all water cycle business. You will join our Western Europe WU marketing team and your main focus will be France, but you will collaborate across many other European countries. You will be an end-to-end owner of the proper execution and development of the local Marketing plans in the assigned countries according to group playbooks, regional marketing plan and best practice.
What is the job about?
As our new Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will drive and develop marketing activities and concepts in our different business areas and ensure that projects meet the set objectives and targets. You will transform business needs and requirements into marketing projects with complex stakeholder landscapes and assess and adapt group marketing concepts and solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
You are a team player that can support the development and optimization of the whole marketing process and ensure effective deployment and implementation of marketing projects.
Looking deeper into this role, we expect that you:
- Negotiate and agree with local Sales the local Marketing plan;
- Participate actively as a trustworthy business partner in local Sales Meetings;
- Ensure Marketing plan follow-up is permanently updated, detect any deviation and anticipate/solve potential issues;
- Are owner of the local Sales Engineer binder with support from Regional Product Managers & Application Specialists;
- Track ROI (when possible) of Marketing activities;
- Coordinate end-to-end local events and exhibitions (both virtual and physical) including media coverage and follow-up;
- Drive or support “major” exhibitions and events within the region when required;
- Develop and translate local materials;
- Are in charge of other Ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.
What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably from a B2B-organisation. Moreover you:
- Speak French on a native level and fluent English. Other European languages would be a big plus;
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience;
- Proficient both in online-offline Marketing;
- Experience working in an international role in a matrix organization;
- Experience using marketing tools;
- Relevant B2B marketing experience in technical environments.
