Job Description
Stryker’s Trauma and Extremities division in Europe is seeking a creative and skilled communicator who continually strives to exceed expectations. The Digital Communications Associate will be responsible for coordinating the creation of multimedia content including videos, digital content and motion graphics for all our digital platforms. The associate will support the European marketing teams to develop and execute essential digital communications content and strategies.

We give you a defined mentor and ongoing guidance from our marketers with all the support you need, while also letting you lead projects on your own. Throughout this program, you will rotate through different projects allowing you to interact with various team members and play a role in multiple impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and education teams to develop and execute both internal and external communications strategies targeting a European audience
- Support deployment and management of internal digital platforms for sales enablement, content sharing, and e-learning
- Support deployment and management of customer websites, digital platforms, websites, and other technologies for surgeon training and education
- Multichannel campaign management including social media
- Coordination, creative design, content creation, copywriting, and analytics on campaigns in partnership with brand marketing and innovative solutions teams
- Provide suggestions and new ideas for improving digital presence, customer engagement, and adoption of new technologies
- Liaise with other marketing communications specialists across Stryker globally to share best practices
- Understand and be an ambassador for Stryker’s brand guidelines
- Support event promotion and logistics
- Provide analytics on campaigns and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or university degree required in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
- English required, other European language a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience and understanding of working within brand guidelines and style guides
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft office programs
- Familiarity with video editing or other multimedia software
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube preferably in a professional setting
