Position purpose :
The recruitment range on Martell is a core part of the brand and is defined as all skus from up to but excluding Cordon Bleu. Within the existing range, the role concerns VS, VSOP, Distinction, Noblige but excludes Martell Blue Swift. The Marketing Manager portfolio defines the brand portfolio strategy, help with the design language of key skus, assist in delivering innovation, develop marketing mix & key assets, design key BTL assets to support acceleration programs. The role will include working in close collaboration with Studio Team, Production & Development Team, Drive markets, Innovation hubs and Business acceleration teams.
The main responsibilities are:
– Design portfolio strategy & Brand architecture
Lead portfolio architecture
Coordinate competitive analysis, Occasions, consumers
Working closely with style, lead re-stage projects and assist in brand world development
Support Head of portfolio in 3 years planning & IBP process
– Lead the development of product Mix & strategic assets
Lead product mix Developpement: Gifting, Packaging, Limited Edition, Innovation , brand assets in collaboration with Studio and Drive markets/innovation hubs
Design cutting edge L3F tools & activations in collaboration Studio, Drive Markets, BAT
Lead projects and work closely with production to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
– For each product of the range, ensure continuity of the key messages & key programs:
Co Build Advocacy & educational strategy, tools & content in collaboration with the Brand Advocacy Team, Drive Markets and Studio
Co Design Consumer Experience Platform in collaboration with Digital & Comm + Drive markets
The profile required is :
Master Degree with 10+ years of experience in Marketing.
Strong Capacity to collaborate
Leadership skills to drive project
Fluent in English
