Marketing of Arrow Campaigns in EMEA

(possibility to work remotely in EMEA)

About the role:

As the Marketing Specialist, you will deliver outcome-based campaigns in EMEA to Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions constituents (including, but not limited to, vendors, channel partners and employees) that tell the Arrow’s story. The campaigns will drive brand awareness/reach, thought leadership and net-new customer acquisition.

You will also be responsible for enabling employees throughout EMEA to tell our compelling story. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of related experience and a proven track record of driving successful brand campaigns.

What You Will Do:

Elevate Arrow’s brand among ECS constituents in EMEA to establish Arrow as the leading and most differentiated value-added distributor.

Develop and execute localized multi-touch and multi-channel brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns in EMEA. Use internal and external performance benchmarks in planning effective campaigns.

Apply a deep understanding of Arrow’s value proposition and brand to all campaigns.

Write marketing briefs to create effective campaign plans, align the business on those plans and get sign-off from leaders, then work with the regional shared services organization to execute and track the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Work with the global events strategy team to align EMEA event plans and incorporate events in the overall campaign plans for better efficacy of marketing dollars.

Collaborate with the global product marketing leader and regional EMEA marketing strategists to effectively incorporate ArrowSphere messages for the right audience in marketing of Arrow campaigns.

Manage, edit and create regional website content and help localize them for all EMEA countries.

Use marketing best practices and emerging strategies to continuously improve marketing of Arrow campaigns.

Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within campaigns.

Analyze campaigns at least weekly and adjust based on results. Present the campaign status to regional and global marketing as well as business leadership.

Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. Articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics to stakeholders.

Your profile:

5-7 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B IT/technology market

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications required, MBA would be an asset

Experience effectively using traditional and digital/social marketing tactics and channels

Must have metrics and outcome-driven mindset and excellent expertise managing a high volume of activities and campaigns by ensuring effective time management and capacity planning

Experience using marketing and sales automation platforms

Superior project management skills along with strong written/oral communications and knowledge of budget allocation and management principles

Motivated, enthusiastic and creative

Team player that is able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, under moderate supervision
