How to contribute to our vision
You will be joining a team of skilled Process Specialists with the responsibility of optimizing, standardizing, and implementing design processes across the technology division.
Our department has the responsibility to gather information from relevant stakeholders, to ensure a continuance of the process optimization in a fast-changing environment.
We are looking for a skilled Senior Process Specialist who are interested in working in a diverse process team, in close cross-organizational cooperation.
The team is primarily be based in Brande, Midtjylland DK, where we have our technology center.
Define and establish process performance monitoring.
Manage a process community ensuring that business stakeholders are involved and aligned.
Establish and drive process roadmap that ensure optimization and deliver business efficiency.
Participate in internal driven minor scale as well as across business large scale execution projects.
Define requirements into the tool/system landscape.
Ensure processes are documented and needed training material is in place.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Academical background. Bachelor’s or a master’s degree.
10+ years of experience within process optimization. Preferably in a larger company.
That you have a thorough, structured and highly detail-oriented approach to your work.
You strive in a cross-functional, international setting and understand team dynamics.
You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
You are well-versed in cross-organizational communication and Stakeholder Management.
That you can think in processes from the top to the bottom.
You master Microsoft Office and preferably PLM Tools. Teamcenter is a plus, but not a requirement.
