STAGE DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE KIEHL’S

1.

  • Participation à la définition des plans d’animation e-commerce (lancements, offres, communication) en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et CRM.
  • Pilotage du webmastering e-commerce avec l’équipe merchandising et collaboration avec les équipes supply et transverses pour communiquer et anticiper les lancements.
  • Participation à des projets ponctuels pour améliorer et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur en ligne.
  • Participation à la définition du plan d’animation des newsletters avec le CRM manager.
  • Brief créa avec l’agence et suivi du développement jusqu’au déploiement.
  • Reporting & suivi des KPIs
  • Participation au pilotage des campagnes d’acquisition sur les différents leviers e-commerce : search, affiliation, réseaux sociaux, retargeting etc
  • Brief des assets et collaboration avec équipes transverses pour partager les plans et les résultats.
