EXPLEO CANADA is looking for a Mechanical Engineer. The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for studying, designing and developing mechanical devices and systems. They also perform tasks related to the evaluation, implementation, operation and maintenance of mechanical facilities.

Responsibilities
Supervision management of SSV – ATV vehicle dynamic tests
Plan, schedule, perform and monitor certification tests for vehicle dynamics according to specifications, procedures and methods in force or under development
Vehicle dynamics tests combine dynamic tests on the track as well as static laboratory tests
Observe, record, compile and communicate the results
Communicate with product development teams to carry out test campaigns
Analyze, identify problems, summarize and objectively compare the results with specifications or other references
Management of test requests in external laboratories (submission, report schedule)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of vehicles (suspension, shock absorber, vehicle dynamics etc.)
Skills
Analytical and synthetical mind
Organization and ability to make on the spot decisions
Knowledge of OxTS, IMC acquisition devices
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access software (ability to use a computer)
Familiar with ROHVA, ASTM, SAE, SSCC and ISO 9001 standards
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics
Experience
2 years of relevant experience
