Job TitleTrade&Shopper Marketing Manager – Domestic Appliances
In this role, you have the opportunity to be a member of a winning team! You will develop, implement, and measure the performance of the trade marketing strategy in the Middle East region based on a deep understanding of the shopper and retail landscape. You will be the key contact person for marketing and sales teams for promo activation planning and in-store excellence.
You are responsible for
Developing a Local Shopper Activation Plan (LSAP) and a category vision for relevant channels
Managing, tracking, and evaluating the BTL budget to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, TSM and BTL agencies in tracking sell-out and stock in trade
Building a shopper knowledge database about categories: shopper insights translated into category activations & promotions – effectively providing a clear line of sight for the business
Best in class in-store visibility: end-caps, shelf solutions, POSM development and production
Development of category promotions in line with marketing calendars and key retail events
Providing insights on promo effectiveness and bringing innovative approaches to drive ROI
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5+ years of regional TSM experience in similar position, preferably gained within international companies
University degree (preferably in marketing)
Professional negotiations skills
Strong analytical skills
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS power Point
