To support our Group Controlling Team and be the trusted advisor for the Senior Vice President and
Country Managers in Region Central & Western Europe, we are looking for a:
Business Controller – Region Central & Western Europe (m/w/d)
Tasks & Responsibilities
●
Be on top of the daily business, securing bottom-
line growth by continuously supporting the SVP,
Country Managers and Management at Flokk
HQ, by providing financial insight and advice.
●
Preparing and conducting monthly and quarterly
business reviews.
●
Secure, prioritize and execute on tasks that are in line
with Group, Region and Department Strategy
●
Responsible for monthly financial reporting of the
Region Central & Western Europe and dedicated markets,
explaining main variances in P&L, Sales KPI’s and all
other relevant financial matters
●
Be a proactive member of the Head Quarter Group
Controlling team and contribute to business development by
focusing on analysis, financial planning and outcome
●
Reports to Head of Group Commercial Controlling at HQ
in Oslo, Norway
Profile
●
Extrovert self-starter with a proactive, analytical business
mindset, who enjoys supporting the organization
●
Strong problem solver who gets things done, are accurate
and deliver consistently
●
Can handle high workloads and short deadlines
●
Ability to work with both details and holistic view
●
Dare to challenge and present facts and findings to
management
●
Experience of initiating, driving, leading and closing
tasks and projects
●
Experienced and comfortable with Business Intelligence
tools, Power BI and IT systems as common working tools
●
Experience with budgets, forecasts and reviews/follow-up
processes
●
5+ years of financial/commercial experience as Business
Controller/Management Consultant or equivalent
●
University degree (M.Sc.) in Economics/Finance or similar
●
Fluent in German and English
●
Willingness to travel
