Tasks
- Improve the analysis and planability of our main KPIs across the entire organisation
- Play a crucial role in the design and roll-out of our Financial Planning & Reporting Landscape
- Support the translation of our overall business case into team specific targets and KPIs that allow the company to reach its commercial goals
- Build-out a one-stop-shop for planning & reporting tools, ad-hoc analysis and analytical support for the teams
- Work closely with our Product, Sales and Performance Marketing teams and report directly to the CFO
- Support the team in cross-functional internal projects of high strategic relevance
- Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of all internal and external reporting
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering)
- Advanced modelling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must.
- Previous experience with Looker or Oracle Netsuite is a strong plus
- Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large datasets
- Well-structured and organized way of working
- Good team player and social skills
- Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English)
- Fashion/e-commerce experience is a strong plus
