Are you looking for a new professional challenge as HR Business Partner for a future-oriented business?

As a local HR business partner for our global Innovation Unit (IU), you contribute your experience in a versatile environment that offers you the opportunity to work beyond local borders and develop further.

Tasks & responsibilities

As HR Business Partner, you advise and support local managers and employees of the Innovation Unit in Ingelheim and Biberach on all topics of talent and performance management as well as in future personnel planning. Using your experience as a moderator, you plan and conduct workshops.

In restructuring and change processes, you design the entire process in close cooperation with the managers.

In cooperation with a global network of HR business partners, you support globally operating managers in the implementation of personnel planning.

In superordinate HR projects and projects within the department, you contribute your expertise and your experience in organizational development.

You work closely with the employee representatives on personnel issues and topics relating to the works constitution law.

Requirements

Master’s degree or diploma in economics, law or a comparable degree

Multiple years of professional experience in HR required, ideally several years in a HR Business Partner environment in Germany, further international experience is beneficial

Profound knowledge of various HR topics and experience in taking over performance & talent management processes as well as in organizational development

In addition, experience in consulting several departments and in project management

Very good communication skills in English and German
